Do I need to be a business to buy?
No. Anyone can bid in the auctions and buy at the warehouse — you don’t need a business license or resale certificate. Resellers who hold a valid NC resale certificate can buy tax-free for resale.
How do the auctions work?
Everything runs in the Sandhill Auctions app. One-tap Facebook login (no signup form), then bid live, set a max bid, grab a Buy Now deal, or make a sealed Best Offer. Win it, then pick it up at the warehouse.
Do you ship?
No shipping — local pickup only at our Pinebluff warehouse. That’s how we keep prices low. Bring a vehicle big enough for your haul.
What condition is the merchandise in?
It’s liquidation: overstock, shelf-pulls, and customer returns. Some items are brand-new, some are open-box or as-is. Everything is sold as-is, all sales final — inspect at pickup, or check photos in the app before you bid.
Can I buy whole pallets or truckloads?
Yes. We move volume for resellers — manifested and unmanifested pallets, and whole-truckload pricing. Call (910) 969-1103 to talk quantities.
How do I pay?
Cash or card at the warehouse counter when you pick up. Auction invoices show every fee up front — no surprises.
