Product conditions vary by load. We carry overstock (brand new, never sold), shelf pulls (new but may have damaged packaging), and customer returns (mixed conditions). We encourage you to visit the warehouse and inspect everything in person before purchasing. What you see is what you get — no surprises.
Absolutely — and we encourage it! Our warehouse is located at 41383 US-1, Pinebluff, NC 28373 (back of BRS Building, on Albany Ave). We're open Wednesday 10 AM – 5 PM, Friday 10 AM – 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM – 12 PM. No appointment needed. Come walk the floor and see the merchandise firsthand.
Currently, all purchases are made in person at our warehouse. This allows you to inspect and hand-pick your merchandise before buying. We do not offer shipping at this time.
No, you do not need any licenses to purchase from us. There's no sign-up or registration required — just come shop in person at our warehouse. Everyone is welcome. However, if you are a reseller and have a valid North Carolina Resale Certificate (Form E-595E), you can make tax-exempt purchases. Just bring your Resale Certificate Number with you and we'll take care of the rest.
If you're a reseller and want to purchase tax-exempt, you'll need to register with the North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) for a Sales and Use Tax Account ID, then complete Form E-595E. Registration is free — there is no fee to apply. You can start the process and download the form directly from the NCDOR website:

We run weekly pallet auctions on our Facebook page. Bid from home, pick up at the warehouse.
Simple, transparent, and fair. Here's the process from start to finish.
Auctions are posted on our Facebook page — look for posts titled "Online Auction #___" to know it's an auction and not a regular post. Each auction includes photos of the pallet. Posted pictures show what we see from the outside — we do not guarantee contents or condition. Battery-powered equipment may not include batteries.
Starting bids begin at $50 with bid increments of $25. You can bid any amount higher in multiples of $25. Post your bids in the comments section of the auction post only — not as a reply or under a picture comment.
Each auction has a posted end time. If a bid is received in the final 5 minutes, the time extends 5 minutes. After that, each new bid extends the clock by 2 minutes until bidding stops. Highest bid wins.
The winner must contact us via Facebook Messenger within 3 hours after the auction ends to schedule pickup. Pallets must be paid for and picked up within 3 days. Failure to pay or pick up will result in a ban from the Facebook page.

Cash and cards accepted. 3% fee for all card transactions. Moore County sales tax of 7% will be added unless you provide a resale certificate.
Deleting bids will result in an automatic ban from the page. Do not bid unless you are 100% sure — message us to remove a bid due to an error in the amount entered. Failure to pay will result in being banned from the page and future auctions.
All items are untested and sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges. Pallets contain a mixture of overstock and store returns — expect a mix of new, used, and potentially damaged items.
